2. Wait for your confirmation
We offer rapid RT-PCR and Antigen testing.
Results are available in 15 (Antigen) to 30 (RT-PCR) minutes.
Payments are taken on-site. We accept all major forms of credit cards.
*In a rare occurrence of an invalid result, we would need to re-run the sample and can delay final results.

3. We'll perform the test
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow some time to fill out some paperwork.
If you choose to be swabbed in your car, please let us know.
4. Wait for your results
Depending on the test, your rapid COVID-19 test result will be available within 15-30 minutes after the swab for our rapid tests.
We will send you the results within an hour after the swab. We can print out the result or send it to you via email.
We recommend staying in the area and having your phone ready in the event we need to reach you back for a possible re-collection of sample.

Rapid Antigen test
A more affordable testing method accepted by some travel destinations. Results are back in 15-20 minutes. We have few different rapid Antigen test kits that are all authorized by the FDA under the EUA with ranges of specificity around 93%-95% and specificity of 97%-99.2%.
We utilize a qualitative antigen testing, please make sure that your required testing specifically states qualitative. Please check your respective requirements to ensure that the test you're choosing meets what you need.

Our cutting-edge equipment allows us to provide you with the "Gold-standard" molecular RT-PCR COVID-19 test result within 30 minutes after the swab.* Our rapid RT-PCR test achieved 100% positive and negative percent agreement (PPA and NPA) with FDA authorization under EUA.

Do you accept insurance?FOR ELECTIVE PURPOSES (Travel, events, or not medically necessary purposes): We do not accept or bill your health insurance for payments. Our services are self-pay only and we accept all forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Star, Apple pay, Google pay, paypal, venmo, and samsung pay). Non-medical or elective COVID-19 testing is not usually covered by your health insurance. It is also important to know that you are paying for the services we provide to perform the test and not for the actual cost of the COVID-19 test. You can always contact your insurance company to find out if reimbursement for your testing is possible. Why am I paying for a COVID test?You will be paying out-of-pocket only if you are needing a test for an ELECTIVE purpose such as travel or event testing requirement. Non-medical or elective COVID-19 testing is not usually covered by your health insurance. It is also important to know that you are paying for the services we provide to perform the test and not for the actual cost of the COVID-19 test If you need a No-cost PCR testing (3-5 days turnaround), we recommend that you explore other testing sites who offer this service. Are your tests FDA approved?Our tests have been authorized by FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for use by qualified healthcare professionals certified and operating under the CLIA Certificate of Waiver.

How accurate are your tests?Rapid RT-PCR test In a prospective clinical validation study, our rapid RT-PCR test achieved 100% positive and negative percent agreement (PPA and NPA) with an EUA-authorized RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 test. In other words, every subject who tested positive according to the comparator test also tested positive according to our test, and the same for subjects who tested negative. Rapid antigen test We have few different rapid Antigen test kits that are all authorized by the FDA under the EUA with ranges of specificity around 93%-95% and specificity of 97%-99.2%.

How soon can I get my results?Expect the results to be back within 30minutes - 1 hour (depending on volume and type of test performed); most of the time sooner. The tests take the following minutes to run: 1. Rapid RT-PCR testing - 30 minutes 2. Rapid Antigen testing - 15 minutes

Where do I get my results?The best and fastest way to receive your result is through the email you provided us when you booked an appointment. We can also give you a hard-copy of the result should you choose to wait for the result and pick it up in our location. Alternatively, we can also fax your results, just make sure to provide us the fax number.

I got my test result, now what?It is really important to know that we DO NOT give medical advice. We are strictly providing SCREENING SERVICES only. It is important that you reach out to your primary care provider about your tests results or for any medical advice regarding your test result. The services we offer are not intended for medical or life-threatening emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, recommendations, and/or management of ANY medical conditions.

Do you provide any work or school clearance?Our services are stricly for SCREENING services only and are not intended to render medical services, prescriptions, or any work/school clearance. If you need your test result for TRAVEL PURPOSES, our COVID-19 travel test results will satisfy most travel destination requirements. Can anyone be tested?We test everyone of all ages from infants to elderly. Check the requirements of your destination. Most destinations do not require testing for 2 years and under. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for all minor patients. Patients 3-5 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who may need to assist with sample collection using the swab.

What method of collection (swab) do you perform?We offer two methods of swabbing for our rapid COVID-19 testing: 1. Anterior or Midturbinate nasal swab (RT-PCR/Antigen) - most destinations accept anterior nasal swab but still verify requirements of your destination. 2. Nasopharyngeal swab (Antigen) - Some destinations specifically require a nasopharyngeal swab. Please double check your entry requirements to ensure that you choose the right method of collection.

Do you do travel testing for Japan?As of March 9, 2022, Japan changed their testing requirements to accept Nasal swabbing method. For this reason, WE CAN perform covid-19 travel testing for people traveling to Japan. Please bring your Passport with you. We do realize that they often require a specific certificate filled out. While we can fill this form out, our test result certificate itself has and meets all the requirements required by the Japanese government for a VALID certificate for entry into Japan.

Do you provide QR code?We provide QR code upon request. Please understand that this service is not available on site. There may be days when this is not available if you need a printed result with the QR code on site. However, we can always send you a soft-copy of the result with QR code by the end of the day of your appointment.
